Southern Asia Earthquake Tsunami - Need your help

A Christmas cheer has been shattered by a horrific earthquake which
occured off the coast of the Indonesian province of Ache has resulted
in more than 11,300 deaths affecting six Asian countries.

Our friend Shasheen (YSF Coordinator) is currently in Sri Lanka and he
is seeking our assistance to help thousands of people who have been
hit by the earthquake.

International Federation of Red Cross and Red Cresent Societies (ICRC)
has set up a temporary earthquake appeal - visit www.ifrc.org
Due to Christmas holidays, responses to this tragedy has been quite
slow but I urge you to get in touch with your local Red Cross and make
a donation. Geographic location does not distance us from events and
disasters that occur outside of our own backyards - by virtue of
sharing the planet we live on bounds us together as neighbours. So
please help! Kate
